Fiona Sandford has, over the past 20 years, transformed the West of Scotland sight loss charity, Visibility, into a 21st century grass roots support service for blind and partially sighted people.

 However in 2018, it's new career, new job for the Chief Executive. Fiona will be saying goodbye to the organisation to take up the CEO post for the national charity Visionary.
