For the first half of the show, I interviewed local St. Croix Author, Greg Ray Dunnett, whose book, "Cliffs of the Heart", written as he had lost his house and everything he owned to Category 5 Hurricane Maria, became a beacon of light to all of us here on St. Croix, and then later, to a world suffering a pandemic. Now out with his latest book, "365 Gratitudes--for better LIVING", he continues to offer the world a unique and positive perspective. For the second half, I talk about healing from extreme pain, Birth Trauma, Sacred Breath Breathwork, and the "Sunday Sittings on Zoom" breathwork, meditation, and non-duality weekly gatherings, among other things.
