Knats is a four piece jazz fusion group born and bred in Newcastle taking influence from the jazz greats such as Coltrane and Mingus to the sounds of British house and drum & bass music. With a focus on improvisation and danceable sounds, taking no prisoners is Knats modus operandi.

I had a blast speaking to two of the four members Stan & King on the podcast.

Lee plans to run 286 miles from Jarrow to London's Trafalgar Square in 3 days this September 2022. This route is famously known as the 'Jarrow March'. It's the same route around 200 men marched in 1936 in an attempt to protest against unemployment and poverty suffered in the English town of Jarrow. Lee plans to raise awareness and some funds for 'Pumping Marvellous' a foundation which helps people who have suffered from heart failure.
