We took a walk through thee Hengshan Scenic Spot in Nanjing (not the one in Anhui province) and saw confetti plum blossoms, vibrant cherry blossoms, a bamboo grove, the Stone Gate, rushing brooks, the Chengxin Temple and Chris had the perfect cup of coffee in the perfect place on a perfect day.. Today, we're talking how to be healthy, lose weight ( if need be) and have fun doing it. As Jiajia says the best diet is, "Exercise more. Eat less." Losing weight is great, but always talk to your doctor before you start any diet. Jiajia also enjoys delicious guoba during the show.
