Inspired by a phone call from a dear friend I discover that I have been hiding and haven’t released an episode in way too long! In this episode I chat about all the feels that have been coming up lately surrounding the many changes of my life. Don’t be afraid - just DO IT!

It takes a lot of courage to go on a date SOLO. So many thoughts go through our mind of what others will think of us if we turn up to a movie solo. Guess what? Who cares!!! Dating yourself is one of the best things you can do for yourself. I invite you to try it!

Let me tell you - Business is fun but hell is it hard or what!? I wish I had known what I know now when I started. So many little tricks and things I have learnt along the way that I wish someone warned me about.

If you are new in business, get some advice BUT please don’t let it scare you. Live the life you want but just remember - If you think starting a business will free up your time - it won’t to begin with. Don’t give up.
