This week's Short Story Friday features inimitable transition music from the late 90s vocabulary building program, Verbal Advantage. The program almost veered into Stephen Covey/Dale Carnegie territory, but it was way cooler because it only cared about one thing: giving you a really kick-butt vocabulary which would, according to the author, almost certainly turboboost your personal and professional success (women/men will be unable to resist a man/woman who has a way with words!)
