"Returning to Love" is a 16-minute two-part breath practice to support you in choosing yourself again, with tenderness, devotion and truth. Through intentional breath, we move the parts of us that have been disconnected, overlooked, or abandoned.

This session is for the one who has felt unworthy, for the one who has sought love outside of themselves, and for the one who is ready to come home.
