Anywho, in this episode, I sit down with Le Jer (I'm trying something out with this, déjame) and we discuss Mental Health.

We discuss mental health and how it's aspects are still viewed as taboo in our region. Not by all of course, but there are still scenarios where it is found. We share our experiences with it, how we cope, and maybe finding a behavioral flaw in humanity? Only one way to find out, listen in and  join the conversation.

This is one of those topics that I'm really passionate about. The reason I have such a strict rule when it comes to the workplace is that I have seen what it can do to a woman. The way all her hard work can be reduced to a decision made by her heart (amongst other things, yes, side-eye is happening) where she is minimized to an action instead of being seen as a person.

This is one of those moments where I have to be honest, real, and raw. I did something, I stand by what I did and I'm actually surprised by what I found. I wish I could say that I went "undercover" for this episode but nope...sober and stupid I took the plunge and did the damn thing, I attempted the sugar baby life. This episode covers what that experience was like for me and what I learned about myself.

I feel like you know you've reached a new level of growth when dudes start to pull out the "Just let me love you, stop being afraid of love" line. When in truth you're trying to save them, save them from a future hurt that you foresee happening because you know what you expect and will no longer allow, even if there are moments of greatness. The art of losing isn't hard to master...even though it may look like...disaster. In this week's mini-sode (miniature episode) I take a few minutes to talk about loss and grief with you.
