Choke Up On The Mike

Kinda a live show? The crowd left us hanging but we recorded anyway. Johnny had a pal Conor Sterbenz up from chicago to do the open mic which preceded the podcast recording. I start off this episode with that performance. Ryan Holman is the comic that runs the open mic at the Comedy Cafe Milwaukee. The subject of Jason Russel comes up again and I play a new bit that Johnny did at the open mic as well. We wrap the show up with a phone call johnny made to Jason after the show was over. Johnny pretended that he was calling from the podcast show and messed with Jason for a while. Funny stuff and a nice way to cap off a great episode.

This is the first show recorded in the new Irrelevant Radio Studios or the IRS, get it? Steve and I have a heated argument about how he supports lazy people making six figure incomes for dropping fries every three minutes. Steve sucks. Rob is made uncomfortable by the whole thing. This show was recorded in front of a LIVE audience at one of my favorite clubs ever, the Comedy Cafe Milwaukee. This is the second time I've done a live show from here. The man responsible for me being a comedian is Brian Green. On this episode Brian does stand-up and joins me for the live podcast. Marty Stein is a comic that I started with 17 years ago and it was awesome to have him on the show. This was fun for me to record because I have been friends with both of these guys for a long time. Dave Landau is definitely a killer on the stage. Recording for a second time in the Skyline Comedy Cafe condo this one was magical. Tommy and i have known each other for a while and it was awesome to finally have him on the show. Tommy is a gun-slinging young up and comer and I can't believe i just typed that. Jay Nog is a funny ass dude from NY and was working with Tommy. These guys and i have a blast.
