More than that she is a collaborator, challenging and motivating women to find the healthiest, best versions of themselves. She works with clients in groups by leading challenges and boot camps on nutrition and movement, and she also helps those who need one on one guidance with food and health issues.

Coach Paula helps people solve the problem of chronic health conditions that have not been fixed with a traditional doctor such as food sensitivity testing for those with auto-immune, diabetes, non-genetic cancers, etc. She understands that people living with these conditions are tired, frustrated, scared and overwhelmed, and that most doctors do not take the time, or even understand on how to solve these gut related problems.

Meliza Farndell's passion for helping others untangle from lies comes from her own experience of being completely overwhelmed with lies she had been believing that began as a little 7-year-old girl.

At age 7, she accepted Jesus as her savior, and then shortly after, she was molested. That event became a building block for who she would become. It wasn't until many years later when she had an encounter with the Father and his love that everything changed.

For the first time in her life, she felt completely loved and accepted. This began the process of healing and getting untangled from all the lies that had shaped her life. Throughout the process, the Lord led her to write the book, Untangled.
