You’ll never actually find the time. Instead, you must make the time and take the time if needed. Time is the one thing that we’ll never get back, so spend it wisely.

It’s constantly a struggle to really be clear on where we are and where we’re headed with so many interruptions and distractions. In this episode I discuss my 3 steps to finding clarity and what being clear really means to me.

We mistakenly think we have all of the answers sometimes, but curiosity and being inquisitive is the key to being a lifetime learner and leader in your industry.

Today’s topic stems from a conversation with my 6 year old about intentions and asking questions. Children will challenge you the most because they think without the “mature” boundaries that we set. Listen to them and learn from them as we lead the way.
