Being a single parent can be hard but I am here to share my experience and offer encouragement through this time in your life.

I will discuss in the episode how my day to day life with anxiety is and the frustrations that come along with it.  I am hoping to not only reach out to those who deal with anxiety but to those who have a loved one struggling with it.  It is good to have those around us who understand what we go through and that we can still be happy.
