CHP TALKS

My guest this week is Annabelle Wallnau, who—with her husband, Lance Wallnau—founded Furnishing Families of Texas. She describes their work and ministry of providing furniture and other items needed desperately by families in Texas. The needs are great but Annabelle is excited about God’s great compassion and willingness to provide for those facing the challenges of poverty and other hardships. She invites listeners to consider finding similar ways to help others in their own communities.

My guest this week Vince Byfield, son of the late Ted Byfield, a powerful figure in the reform movement that shaped much of the political landscape of Western Canada in the last decades of the 20th Century and which is still impacting Canadian politics today. The Byfields—publishers of the Western Report, Alberta Report and BC Report magazine—also produced a powerful 12-volume set of hardcover books, The Christians: Their First Two Thousand Years.

Vince is currently steering the production of another important book, Fruits of Christendom, highlighting the contributions of Christianity to civilization as we know it today.

My guest this week is Grant Abraham, another social conservative who is seeking the leadership of the Conservative Party of Canada. We chatted about the Truckers Freedom Convoy, pro-life issues, the national debt, the failure of incumbent CPC MPs to challenge Bill C-4 and the importance of freedom of speech and freedom of conscience.

My guest this week is Marc Dalton, MP for Maple Ridge-Mission and one of 11 leadership contestants vying for the top position in the Conservative Party of Canada. Another contestant with a good pro-life voting record, Mr. Dalton has recently called for a public inquiry into the vaccine mandates and other actions taken by the Liberal government in response to Covid. We invite other pro-life CPC leadership contestants to appear on CHP Talks to discuss their views. We at the Christian Heritage Party continue to promote policies that would protect innocent human life from conception until natural death and we appreciate those politicians in other parties who share our views.

My guest this week is Derek Sloan, well-known to social conservatives across the country. Derek currently leads the Ontario Party with a platform of Freedom, Family and Faith. Derek is a repeat guest on CHP Talks and today, he lays out his priorities for the upcoming provincial campaign. We at the Christian Heritage Party promote policies that would protect innocent human life from conception until natural death and we appreciate those politicians in other parties—both federal and provincial—who share our views.

My guest this week is Joseph Bourgault, a Saskatchewan business owner who has decided to add his name to the growing list of leadership contestants vying for the top position in the Conservative Party of Canada. We are interested in the views and plans of all those seeking leadership who—like Mr. Bourgault—are willing to express pro-life views, since the Conservative party itself has a policy indicating it will not limit abortion. Mr. Bourgault also expresses his strong views against the vaccine mandates and other tyrannical government responses to Covid. We invite other pro-life CPC leadership contestants to appear on CHP Talks to discuss their views. We at the Christian Heritage Party continue to promote policies that would protect innocent human life from conception until natural death and we appreciate all other politicians who share our views.

My guest this week is Aaron Rock—Lead Pastor at Harvest Bible Church in Windsor Ontario. We discuss the pressures, fines and threats he and his church have faced as a result of their determination to meet regularly for worship during the various lockdowns and government-imposed restrictions since covid-19 became a part of our lives in 2020.
