Hello! In this episode, our blorks Chris (@AceComics) and Reggie (@reggiereggie) read a title that was effectively rebooted--without being renumbered! It's Peter David's and Larry Strohman's X-Factor #71, published by Marvel Comics in 1991! There's the usual creator bios, and enough X-Men backstory to help frame the issue being read. Then, they dive into the history of the X-Men, including some of Chris' personal reminiscences collecting the X-Men series! It's like attending a day of classes at the Xavier School for Gifted Children, without paying tuition!

In Forest Dark or Glade Beferned,
No Blade of Grass shall go Unturned.
Let those who have the Daylight Spurned,
Tread not where this Green Lamp has Burned.
For this week's re-upload, Chris (@acecomics) and Reggie (@reggiereggie) travel to the Banyam Complex on planet J586 and sit in on a sermon delivered by the Priest of O. Somewhere along the way of this dazzling radio-opera, Reggie really messes up his throat... and a great time is had by all!

Greetings, comics enthusiasts! This week, our untrained assassins Chris (@AceComics) and Reggie (@reggiereggie) dive into the first four issues of Image Comics' Creator-Owned Heroes and read every chapter of Trigger Girl 6 by Jimmy Palmiotti, Justin Gray, and Phil Noto! Inspired by the format of Creator-Owned-Heroes, the pair wander off on a tangent into the Weird and Comically Historical world of fanzines--specificially, comics fanzines! Describing a history and technique lasting since the 19th Century, they go on about fanzines of the past, and name a few printed fanzines that you can read today! Only the most ardent enthusiasts need apply.

Chris (@acecomics) and Reggie (@reggiereggie) stretch themselves to their limit this time around discussing a Golden Age tale of Plas and the gang. They also dig deep into the life and times of Jack Cole, his work for Playboy Magazine and friendship with the recently-departed Hugh Hefner as well as his unfortunate and mysterious end.

Good evening...forever! In this episode, Chris (@AceComics) and Reggie (@reggiereggie) brace themselves against the freezing temperatures of DC Comics' 1996 crossover event Final Night, paying special attention to the crossover Parallax: Emerald Night #1 by Ron Marz and Mike McKone! After some creator bios, they detail the events leading up to Final Night, and then break down three issues of the event--including brief recaps of the crossover issues! In the second half, they delve deeply into Parallax: Emerald Night #1 and then close out with Final Night #4 and even an epilogue as presented in Green Lantern #81 that came out the following month. This series will leave you feeling chilled to the bone! But its humanity will warm your heart.
