Not all lenders are created equal when it comes to helping during covid-19.  In a letter obtained by a colleague --this lender is requiring a balloon payment after 90 days.  Make sure you read the letter.  I talk more about this and why it could be more confusing down the road.

There has been a lot of flack over the last couple days about why the governor has named real estate agents essential.  Some are criticizing the industry for being greedy and only looking out for the dollar.  Today, we share some stories of why some people MUST sell or buy NOW!

There is help out there.  If there is any good news to come out of what's happening with the coronavirus--Mortgage Relief!  If your home is backed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, you can get put off mortgage payments for up to 12 months.  This isn't automatic.  You must call your servicer.
