As you've seen, Season 3 is dedicated to my father, Mike Jacox, who passed away late in 2021. I Love and miss you, Dad.

Our next guest,  Chris Wunder, is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), which means he is responsible for all revenue-generating operations across Leap Companies' portfolio with a strong focus on business development activities, recruitment, M&A, and managing sales & recruiting teams.   He is also the founder of The Million Dollar Recruiter, the most robust E-Course for recruiting professionals, entrepreneurs, salespeople, and future millionaires. With all of that said, we are here to talk about Chris, the dad. He and his wife just welcomed their new baby girl to join their 2.5-year-old son!  This episode is filled with vulnerability as he shares the challenges of coming from a broken home and being raised by a single mother.  His father died when he was young in a #drunkdriving accident.    We talked about ego, hard work, ethics, relationships, adversity, and more!    Chris also shares the challenge of losing his daughter, who passed away before she could ever take on life!
