  • The Contemplative Woman's Dilemma

I was sitting in the doctor's office when she said the words that stopped my world.

Liver issues. Pre-diabetic. Autoimmune problems brewing. The list kept growing, and with each diagnosis, I felt smaller. Here I was, supposedly successful, checking all the boxes everyone said mattered, and my body was falling apart.

But it wasn't the medical report that broke me. It was the question that came after I left that sterile room: If I died tomorrow, could I honestly say I had lived?

    The answer was no.

I had built an empire, sure. But I had built it on borrowed time, borrowed energy, and borrowed ways of being that were never mine to begin with. I was in full time ministry and business. I was happy and fulfilled in many ways but there was no way to sustain it all. Now I will say this was before the AI revolution and me understanding CRM’s and system. (SHHHH I didn’t just age myself). I also had so much more that I wanted to do.

    The Validation Prison

The shame wasn't just about building through depletion. It was deeper than that.

I kept seeking partnerships and collaborations, not because I truly needed them, but because I was desperately trying to validate that my way of building was acceptable (and who wants to build alone? BORING…). I knew I operated differently. I knew it was unique and worked for me. But I couldn't escape the voice that said I had to do things the "right" way. You know whatever is in at the time and is being promoted that it’s the only way to do business.

So, I stayed trapped, constantly seeking external validation for what I already knew internally was true. There was an internal fear that if I was wrong, I wouldn’t succeed, what do I know I’m just… fill in the blank, there were many reasons I justified and reasoned to stay doing what was the status quo.

I'm an extremely quiet person. I love silence. I crave time in nature. I find beauty essential, not optional. I have social limits - when I'm with people as a leader, I'm pouring out completely, listening deeply, being fully present. That level of focused love and attention takes real energy (for me), which means I need real recovery time.

For years, I fought against this natural design, thinking it made me weak or uncommitted. I kept trying to connect with others who would validate that the hustle-and-grind approach everyone preached was actually working for me.

But it never was. And deep down, I knew it. I remember thinking there has to be a better way.

    The Quiet Truth

Here's what nobody tells you about being a contemplative woman in a masculine-energy business world: Your need for silence isn't weakness. Your social limits aren't character flaws. Your love of beauty and nature isn't frivolous.

These aren't obstacles to overcome. They're your competitive advantages.

But it took me decades to figure that out.

I kept trying to build like a single woman with no responsibilities when I was married with children. I kept trying to hustle like women half my age in completely different life stages. I kept comparing my behind-the-scenes to everyone else's highlight reel and wondering why I felt like I was drowning.

The breakthrough came when I finally stopped apologizing for how I was designed and started honoring it. I also began to see that many of the ones I looked to were able to have a huge team or were teaching from where they were not where they started.

The Missing Piece I Almost Missed

Here's what's wild: I've known for over 20 years that God is love. I built my entire business foundation on love, communication, and authentic client relationships. But here's what I didn't understand - I knew love as a concept, not as a complete way of being.

I understood love as strategy. I didn't understand love as identity.

For decades, I kept partnering with people in business and ministry, desperately seeking validation that my different way of operating was actually okay. I stayed in this prison of trying to fit the status quo, constantly seeking external confirmation that my approach was valid.

The breakthrough came recently - very recently - when I finally stopped trying to heal my love blocks and started understanding how to be more feminine. That's when I discovered the fullness of what love actually means as foundation.

Not performing love. Not love as a business tactic. Or a thing to do. But love as the present, now, embodied operating system for everything I create.

    This unlocked absolutely everything.

I realized I'm an extremely quiet person who genuinely loves silence. I have social limits, and when I'm with people, I'm pouring out as a leader - listening, being present, loving deeply. That takes focused time and energy, which means I need recovery time.

For years, I saw this as a business liability. Now I see it as sacred design.

    The Integration Moment

The moment everything shifted was recent - embarrassingly recent for someone who's been in business and ministry for decades.

I finally stopped trying to validate my way through other people's approval and started getting confident within myself. I stopped seeking partnerships to fill the codependent need for external validation. I stopped fighting against my natural design and started honoring it.

When I embraced being the quiet person who loves silence and nature, who has social limits and needs recovery time, who leads through deep presence rather than constant visibility - everything became easier.

Not because I changed who I was, but because I finally stopped apologizing for it.

The Choice Every Contemplative Woman Faces

Right now, you're facing the same choice I faced in that doctor's office.

You can keep building through nervous system depletion, wondering why success feels so hollow. You can keep performing the version of womanhood that everyone else says is right while your body keeps the score of what it's actually costing you.

Or you can consider that maybe - just maybe - your contemplative nature isn't holding you back from success. Maybe it IS your success strategy.

Maybe your need for silence is prophetic gift that allows you to hear what others miss. Maybe your social limits protect your energy for the people and purposes that matter most. Maybe your love of beauty reflects the heart of a Creator who made everything beautiful in its time.

Maybe the way you're designed to build isn't wrong. Maybe everything else is.

    The Invitation

I'm not going to wrap this up with a neat bow or give you five steps to transformation. That would be performing the very thing I'm inviting you to question.

Instead, I'm going to leave you with the question that changed my life:

What if the very things you've been told to overcome are actually the keys to building the Kingdom empire you're truly called to create?

What if your contemplative nature isn't a bug in your design but the most important feature?

What if everything you need to build differently, sustainably, and successfully is already within you - and has been all along?

What if you could teach others the same?

P.S. I spent decades trying to validate my way of building through other people's approval. If you're ready to stop performing success and start building from your authentic design, I'd love to show you what Kingdom economics looks like for the contemplative woman. But only if you're truly ready to honor how God made you instead of how the world says you should be.

  • Your Burnout Is Sacred Information: The Awakening Accomplished Women Need

Your body is shutting down for a reason.

Not because you're weak. Not because you can't handle success. Not because you're doing something wrong.

Your nervous system is staging a sacred rebellion against the masculine flows you've been using to build your empire. It's screaming: "This isn't how you were designed to create."

    And girly, it's right.

The Rebellion Your Body Is Staging

I watch accomplished women every day - women earning six figures, leading teams, building movements - and their bodies are at war with their businesses.

They're forcing 12-hour days through hormonal dips that demand rest.

They're bulldozing through obstacles when their feminine design says flow around them.

They're measuring worth by achievement when their souls crave alignment.

I even see them on calls and doing free and disguising it as ministry and it’s preventing them from scaling (multiplying/growing)

They're building linear productivity systems over cyclical energy patterns.

The result? External success. Internal devastation.

Your burnout isn't a bug in your system. It's a feature. It's your body's intelligence saying: "Stop building someone else's empire with methods that violate your divine design."

What Nobody Tells You About Women and Burnout

Here's what the masculine business world won't tell you: Most productivity advice, scaling strategies, workout plans and success frameworks were created by men, for men, using masculine energy patterns. Even medical studies were based off of men because they have only testorone to take into account so it’s easier.

    Women's bodies operate differently:

    * We have 28-day hormonal cycles that create natural ebbs and flows of energy

    * We're oxytocin-driven, thriving on connection and receiving, not constant independence ( hence free calls that make us feel we are doing something, scrolling etc)

    * We process through feeling and intuition, not just logic and analysis

    * Our nervous systems are designed for collaboration, not competition

    * We have cyclical energy patterns - seasons of expansion and contraction

When you force feminine energy through masculine frameworks, your body rebels at the cellular level.

Constant cortisol disrupts your hormones. Fighting your natural rhythms overwhelms your nervous system. Logic-only approaches cut you off from divine guidance. Independence blocks your ability to receive and connect. Rigid structures kill your creative flow (especially for the prophetic).

Your exhaustion isn't spiritual failure. It's biological rebellion against violation of your sacred design.

The Sacred Awakening Hidden in Your Burnout

What if your burnout is actually an awakening for?

What if your body's rebellion is sacred information calling you home to your divine design?

What if your exhaustion is the disruption you needed to stop performing someone else's version of success?

I've watched this awakening happen housands of times with the accomplished women I serve. The moment they realize their burnout isn't personal failure but divine redirect, everything changes.

They stop apologizing for needing rest. They start honoring their energy cycles. They build businesses that work with their design, not against it. They create success that sustains instead of depletes.

The Simple Shifts That Change Everything

The women in my programs aren't using complicated systems. They're making simple shifts that honor their divine design:

Building calendars around hormonal and spiritual seasons instead of forcing productivity through every phase.

Making nervous system care as important as business strategy because your body is the foundation of your empire.

Seeing rest as a weapon, not weakness because restoration creates more capacity than grinding.

Honoring cortisol, cycles, and actual capacity instead of just pushing through on calling alone.

Operating prophetically, not algorithmically because divine downloads trump data every time.

These aren't revolutionary concepts. They're return to how God already designed your body to operate. We just weren't taught to listen. We are trained that doing more is the thing and so we feel guilt when we do listent o our bodies. We are taught to ignore how we feel but that is how women were created.

The Assignment That Requires All of You

Your burnout is calling you to something bigger than burnout prevention.

It's calling you to build differently.

To lead from your feminine design instead of borrowed masculine flow.

To create success that honors both your calling and your capacity.

To become the woman who proves you don't have to choose between scaling and sanity.

Your body's rebellion isn't asking you to do less. It's asking you to do it differently.

According to your divine design. Through your natural rhythms. With your sacred capacity. From your feminine authority.

The Questions That Won't Let Me Sleep

What if your exhaustion is sacred information, not spiritual failure?

What if your sensitivity isn't a business liability but your prophetic gift?

What if your need for beauty and rest isn't weakness but divine requirement?

What if your body's rebellion is the awakening you've been praying for?

Your burnout brought you here for a reason. Your body is ready for you to build differently. The question is: Are you ready to listen?

Ready to build your empire through divine design instead of depletion? Join accomplished women who are creating Kingdom impact through contemplative authority. You can get a session with me https://tanyatenica.com/pages/mirror-session. I don’t have this public. This is an invitation to you.

  • The Hidden Crisis: Why 88% of Successful Women Are Spiritually Bankrupt

The Whisper No One Wants to Admit

I sit with women every week whose resumes and accomplishments shine brighter than their spirits. They're CEOs, consultants, entrepreneurs, pastors' wives, and founders. On paper, they've "made it."

Yet behind the polished photos and booked calendars, there's a quiet confession:

    * "I don't even recognize myself anymore."

    * "I've built something, but it doesn't feel like mine."

    * "I know God gave me more… but I'm too tired to see it."

    * "I am tired of feeling used."

    * "I have so much more to me than this".

88% of high-achieving women confess they are spiritually exhausted beneath their success. Not because they lack faith. But because they've been building through someone else's blueprint, not their divine design. Or they are creating something that doesn't reflect them at all.

See, we don't build as men. We need to have masculine frameworks or structures. Still, we can't operate within those structures in a masculine way as well. But, also because we genuinely need to like and love what we do. We have to do this for a specific purpose, and it needs to bring out the nurturer within. Most of what we produce reflects who we are as a person. It means way more to us than numbers. Oh, and we don't compartmentalize well. It all flows together. Men can just get things done, whether they like it or not, because the core of them is a provider.

The Martha Trap: From Service to Striving

Like Martha in Luke 10, many of us began with pure devotion—serving Jesus, serving family, serving clients. But somewhere along the way, service slipped into striving. We lost ourselves and failed to recognize who we are. It seems like everyone around us is succeeding and thriving. Still, we're slowly dying behind the smile, as the silence finally hits and we slow down. We are actually afraid to slow down because of the thoughts that hit us.

The signs are always the same:

    * Saying yes when your spirit whispers no

    * Performing for permission instead of building from presence

    * Achievements that look holy but feel hollow

    * stuck in models and social platforms we hate

    That's not failure. It's a signal.

We go through this at all levels of accomplishment. I have degrees, spoken on stages, made multiple 6 figures, and blah blah, and still have tears rolling down my face as I write to you. The next place God has me going requires a different level of transparency and complete vulnerability, as you have to break through.

3 Ways to Begin Regaining Yourself

If you're reading this with a lump in your throat, here are three shifts to start reclaiming your authentic rhythm:

    * Trade busyness for breath. Before you open your inbox, take three deep breaths and ask: "Lord, what is mine to carry today?"

    * Audit your calendar by calling. Highlight the tasks that actually align with your assignment. Circle the ones that are just expectations. (Your body knows the difference.) This includes projects you are doing. If they don't align, drop them or start an exit plan.

    * Honor your evening. God began each day at sundown—rest first, then work. Try ending your day with reflection before rushing into tomorrow's plans. I like to keep a notebook and brain dump to get all my thoughts out. Once they are out, I am good.

Small shifts restore presence. And presence restores power. It has to be major, but listen to the podcast episode to understand why a major can quickly bring you into a crashout.

  • Why Rest Is the Ultimate Resistance

    The Sacred Whisper

"If I rest… will everything fall apart?"

That's the unspoken fear underlying the silence of many high-achieving women.

We say we trust God, but we build like we're alone.

We quote Sabbath scriptures while scheduling launches in our luteal phase. We tell other women to slow down, then grind through our own exhaustion.

Call me crazy, but I think there's something sacred our souls are trying to tell us through that whisper. Maybe even a scream (that inflammation, fatigue, overweight, headaches, etc.)

The Trembling Truth: When Helping Becomes Hiding

The moment I realized I was building my life like an orphan instead of a daughter wasn't pretty. It was me, staring in the mirror, not recognizing the woman looking back because the very thing the Lord called me to was the very thing I kept putting aside.

I was working 40, 60, sometimes 80 hours a week—not on my business, not on what God called me to do, but on everyone else's vision while my kids ate the basics ( ate at nothing) and we played "candlelight games" when the lights got cut off.

Here's what neuroscience confirms about this pattern: When we operate outside our divine design, our nervous system registers it as chronic stress. Also, as normal. We're literally rewiring our brains for survival mode instead of abundance mode. We are normalizing living in a constant state of fight or flight. When things get calm or boring, we stir things up or add to our plate to get back to "normal," which is actually killing us. LITERALLY.

Everyone else was benefiting from what I put my hands to, and I was so unfulfilled. But here's the sacred deception: I justified it as Kingdom work. I convinced myself that because I was helping, because I was doing "the work," that was exactly what I was supposed to be doing.

The lie I believed: Good Christian women do everything for free, especially for the church. The actions of leaders affirmed that thought process.

The truth my body knew: I was using other people's projects to hide from what I was actually called to build—because building my own meant stepping into the light, being seen, being responsible for my own worthiness.

Did I actually feel worthy to do it for myself? Or was I using service as a beautiful escape from the terrifying possibility of my own significance? I didn't know enough, but I was actually educating and leading the ones I helped and worked for. They were getting paid and building on what they had, but it was what I had.

The Hidden Cost of Ignoring Your Rhythm

We weren't designed to build like men.

Our bodies cycle. Our hormones shift. Our energy flows in divine spirals—not straight lines.

When we ignore that rhythm and force linear productivity, we pay the price:

    * Hormonal chaos (your adrenals screaming from chronic cortisol)

    * Emotional volatility (your nervous system is in a constant fight-or-flight)

    * Spiritual disconnection (your soul exhausted from performing instead of being)

    * Relational depletion (your family gets the rest of you, while everyone else gets the best)

    It's not a weakness. It's misalignment.

Here's what Dr. Caroline Leaf's research confirms: When we consistently operate against our natural design, we create neural pathways of stress that literally rewire our brains for anxiety, overwhelm, and disconnection from our intuitive wisdom.

I betrayed my own rhythm. My divine design was to build differently—cyclically, seasonally, with rest as the foundation, not the reward.

And it cost me everything. Not because rest was expensive, but because I kept self-sabotaging the very thing God called me to do, justifying that I had already done it for everyone else.

The Sacred Rebellion: What Rest Really Resists

The systems I had to rebel against weren't just masculine business frameworks.

I had to stand against the conditioning that said:

    * "Because you're a believer, you do everything for free."

    * "You have to say yes because they're your brothers and sisters in Christ."

    * "You're a jack of all trades but master of none" (when the real quote is "jack of all trades, master of none, oftentimes better than master of one")

Here's the sacred rebellion I discovered: God is multidimensional, and so am I.

The business world taught me to niche down, but my soul knew better. I had to let that programming die and learn what healthy boundaries actually look like—not from a place of selfishness, but from a foundation of love.

Because here's what I learned about love: Many people think love is sloppy, that because you love someone, you let them do whatever they want. But if you look at how God loves, how Jesus loved—he still rebuked, still put things in order. Agape love is not sloppy love.

I had to understand that I needed to prioritize my intimacy with God first, because everything flows from that relationship. Then my family. Then my calling.

My family was getting the last of me, the rest of me, while everyone else got the best of me.

The sacred boundary I had to set: What would I charge for, and what wouldn't I? Who would have access to me?

    Rest Is Not Inactivity—It's Instruction

Rest isn't where things stop. It's where strategy begins.

God's rhythm was always "Evening and Morning." Rest came first. Revelation comes in rest. Creation comes after.

Here's what neuroscience teaches us about this divine pattern: Our brains process, integrate, and generate new neural connections during rest states. The Default Mode Network—the brain's resting state—is where our most creative insights emerge.

When you honor your natural rhythm:

    * You create more with less force

    * You hear God clearly through a regulated nervous system

    * You magnetize instead of chase

    * You become a well, not a machine

The Altar Moment: What Death Looked Like

To trust my rhythm, I thought it would cost me everything.

What actually died: My preconceived notions. All the things I heard about what it meant to be pleasing to God.

What I discovered: I was already pleasing to God. But I wasn't bearing the fruit I should be bearing—and that wasn't pleasing to God.

I remembered the scripture about the fig tree. When it wasn't producing, Jesus didn't try harder to make it produce. He allowed it to die so something fruitful could grow in its place.

The resurrection truth: It wasn't about trying to become something. It was about allowing myself to be the very thing God had already put inside of me.

Interestingly enough, I didn't lose clients. Opportunities... I don't even view them as missed opportunities because they weren't meant for me. All they would do is stress me out and bring me to a place I didn't need to be.

Yes, my "no" probably disappointed many individuals. But I realized how beautiful a quiet life is.

Jesus had twelve, then three, and finally just one with the Father.

So in reality, did I really lose anything?

Rhythmic Leadership Is Not Optional—It's Essential

    When you rest:

    * You rebel against Babylon's endless productivity demands

    * You restore your nervous system to its divine design

    * You reclaim your feminine blueprint

    * You remember that you are a beloved daughter, not a performance machine

And if you're still feeling guilty for resting, I want to remind you of this sacred truth:

You're not lazy. You're not falling behind. You're not sabotaging your success.

You're finally building like a woman.

    A Sacred Invitation

This week, I encourage you to pay attention:

    * Where are you resisting your own body's signals?

    * Where are you pushing when you could be pausing?

    * Where have you made rest the reward instead of the rhythm?

    * What would it look like to honor your feminine design instead of forcing masculine frameworks?

Let this be your sacred rebellion. Let this be your soft return.

Because here's what I know to be true about accomplished women like you: Your exhaustion isn't proof of your dedication. It's your soul's invitation to remember a more beautiful way.

    RESOURCE

Your exhaustion isn't from working too hard—it's from working against your divine design. This complete system will revolutionize how you build your business by honoring your cyclical feminine energy instead of forcing yourself into masculine productivity patterns.

    For My Paid Subscribers

This week, I'm releasing a voice-first teaching: What Rest Sounds Like When You're No Longer Escaping.

    I'll walk you through:

    * How I plan my business calendar around my menstrual cycle—not in spite of it

    * The specific boundaries I set that tripled my income while halving my work hours

    * The scripture-based framework I use to distinguish between divine assignments and people-pleasing

    * How to create "candlelight moments" that are chosen, not forced

If you're ready to lead from rhythm instead of force, this is your invitation to join the women who understand that premium transformation requires premium investment in your own design.

Because I think there's a more beautiful way.

  • Faithful… But Fried: The Hidden Burnout Crisis Among Women of Faith

If We Have God... Then Why Are We Still So Tired?

For the woman whose business success feels like silent suffering.

This week, I sat in my favorite corner—you know, the one with the window light that makes everything feel sacred—and this whisper kept circling:

"If we have God... then why are we still so tired?"

I've held space with six-figure consultants. Prayed with eight-figure CEOs. Listened to founders, creators, coaches, fivefold leaders, and spiritual leaders pour out their hearts. And here's the thread that weaves through every conversation:

They're anointed... and exhausted. Making money... and silently burning out. Quoting scripture... and living on cortisol. Leading movements... and hiding their nervous breakdowns.

And honestly? It's breaking my heart.

How is it that women who carry the Spirit, know the Word, walk with wise counsel... are still drowning under the weight of a life they were supposed to love?

    We've Mistaken Hustle for Holiness

Our bodies are calling us out, beautiful.

Here's what stopped me cold: 78% of Christian women in business and leadership report burnout. That number felt like a gut punch—until I looked around and saw it everywhere.

We've spent decades building God's kingdom... using Babylon's blueprints.

We learned scale, not rest. Leading, not receiving. We've been taught "grind" and "push" and "launch"—but not flow or listen or cycle with the seasons.

We wear busyness, task lists, and running around with serving everyone like a badge of honor. Call burnout "favor." We've spiritualized performance and hid it under servanthood and doing God's work until we're silently suffocating. We serve a mighty God, yet we are burnt out?

The Night I Almost Traded My Assignment for Silence

But let me tell you about the moment I knew—really knew—that I was slowly killing the woman God created while building the "success" everyone celebrated.

It wasn't gradual, though the signs had been whispering for months. Each time I looked in the mirror, I saw less of myself and more of who I thought I needed to be. That little girl inside was screaming to come out, to be seen, but I kept her locked away behind masks and performance.

The moment that broke me was sitting at this beautiful waterfall in the still of the night, where the silence just penetrated every part of me. The call, the assignment that God gave me was so shut up in my bones, and yet I was drowning in it.

I had my Bible on my lap and pills in the other hand.

I had written letters to my children that I was leaving. Put everything strategically where it needed to be—birth certificates, everything they would need to move on without me. The masks, the outside words that everybody said to me, the past, the future... it all overtook me to the point that when I was in the present—so very much present—I could barely stand it.

Because the love of God, the reflection that was staring back at me, was too much for me to bear. The disappointment that all my masks brought, but yet at the same time, the very fear of taking them off.

I mixed two different medications that night. Sleep came instantly. When I woke up, I realized my life wasn't my own—neither was it mine to take.

I honestly don't even know how I got home that night, but I did.

What I Traded for Love That Wasn't Love

You see, I really didn't care about the money or the applause. I just wanted the love. I wanted to be seen deeply. Or maybe it was the belief that it could happen. That I didn’t have to hide any part of me.

The well of love that I carry within—the loyalty, the vulnerability, the transparency, the way that I love hard—I wanted that reciprocated. I thought maybe it was then I could understand the Love God spoke of. It seemed easy for people to get the gifts and the anointing and all the things I had to offer, so I thought if I gave more, that would satisfy the love and the hunger I had inside for family and unity.

It was a safe way to allow myself to feel some form of love but void of the very power because I never truly allowed myself to be seen. It was as if I was hiding within the parables of poetic words desperate for one to decode and understand all that laid beneath. All the words I fought to say but couldn’t. It’s as when that moment you look into the eyes and peer through the window of the soul and are willing to sit on the window ledge and if even go inside because deep has called unto deep.

I traded my vastness for their comfort. I traded my multi-dimensional anointing for their one-thing boxes. I traded the mouth of God for a niche.

The Unholy Inheritance I Almost Passed Down

I watched my grandmother collapse into herself to serve others, letting go of the gifts she used to use with her hands and her creativity. I believe she died before her time because of the sorrow—making grief her idol, unforgiveness her altar, the past her prison. Her body shut down from not releasing all that God had. From playing small.

And I was about to pass down the same inheritance: that successful women shrink. That anointed women perform. That gifted women give pieces of themselves away until there's nothing left but the shell everyone applauds.

I fell into this business thought process that is constantly preached—niching down, finding the one thing. But in all reality, there is not just one thing. I have multi-dimensions and facets about me. God is vast. God is creative. He is multi-dimensional. He expresses in all art forms.

And I realized that me not doing one thing and expressing in one way shut the mouth of God.

    Your Burnout is Sacred Information

What I've been discovering in my quiet mornings: Your body is rebelling against the life you are living. It's saying to you, "No, this doesn't feel aligned." Yet, we ignore it and throw whatever justifications at it.

The women I serve aren't lacking strategy—they're drowning in it. Most of the time, it's in Saul's armor (something a coach put on them) or heavily masculine models. What they're missing is rhythm and simplicity. Sacred divine design. The permission to build differently. According to how God wired women.

Small shifts that are changing everything for women in Crown & Called, and the shift that I made:

    * Building my calendar around my hormonal and spiritual seasons

    * Making nervous system care as important as business strategy

    * Seeing rest as a weapon, not weakness

    * Honoring my cortisol, my cycle, my actual capacity—not just my calling

    * Operating prophetically and not through algorithms

And here's the truth: God already designed our bodies to operate like this. We just weren't taught to listen, and so we ignore it, crying out.

The Assignment That Requires All of Me

If God whispered my true assignment in my ear right now—the one that has nothing to do with what I think I "should" be doing—I would have to surrender my vulnerability and move past just transparency.

I would have to position myself in a way that truly allows myself to be revealed and seen in order to bring people through a process so they can be healed. I would have to love others so much—and that can only be done through the Lord—that I was willing to sit and share, to cry with them.

I'd have to be willing to make mistakes and let people see me in the process, not declaring all the wins I've had, but lifting up the curtain, the veil, so they can actually see me through the process.

It was going to require all of me. And that's where I had to step in.

What If We've All Outgrown the Blueprint We Were Given?

This isn't about blame, sweet daughter. It's about coming home to your body and breaking the pattern that's been breaking you. Much of how we are is passed down as learned behavior.

So let me leave you with the questions that won't let me sleep:

What if your exhaustion is sacred information, not spiritual failure? What if your success is real... but your rhythm is entirely off? What if your body is begging you to remember the Garden—where God walked with us in the cool of the day, not the heat of endless hustle or Babylonian systems and ways?

    A Sacred Invitation

In the coming weeks, I'll be sharing what's been rebuilding me from the inside out—the Feminine Business Rhythm Tracker, how I plan with my cycle, and how I'm learning to build from a place of abundance and inspiration, rather than constantly pushing out work.

If you're craving rhythm over rigidity... If you're done performing someone else's blueprint... If you want to build success without sacrificing your soul...

You're exactly who I write for.

Call me crazy, but I think there's a more beautiful way—a way that allows you to thrive in your work without sacrificing your well-being. A way that honors the vastness of who you are, the multi-dimensional anointing you carry, the mouth of God that speaks through your unique expression.

And your body already knows what it is.
