Should we observe the sabbath or some form of a day of rest and worship?

In this episode, I discuss the issue and question of the Sabbath and the observation of a day of rest and worship.

I bring in a real-life example based on a situation my brother was in and then I proceed to enter a hypothetical scenario that examines what a person would say or do if they were challenged and made to give a defense of why they observe Sabbath.
