I just got back from a pastor’s conference in Dallas, Texas and I’m happy to report a growing movement of godly men are committed to speaking the truth and refusing to back down or be silent about what’s happening outside the walls of our churches. Where does your pastor stand?

There’s a sense of urgency among the remnant to mobilize Christians to engage, vote, and help preserve this great republic under God.

Now hold on, don’t tune out. I know some of you think we shouldn’t be discussing issues dealing with government and elections and politics in church, but someone’s morality will be legislated in Washington that will affect our lives – but we have a say.

Christians must again recognize how precious and even vulnerable our freedoms are. You’ve heard it said politics are downstream from culture meaning culture influences government. Ideally, religion should be shaping culture which in turn shapes politics. We’ve had it backwards for many decades.

Do you love God and the country you live in? Then believers must mobilize! Pray! Decide now to encourage as many people as possible who claim the name of Christ to speak up, get off their butts and out of their house and vote to preserve liberty.

If you are among the fortunate few whose life has not yet been drastically impacted by COVID-19, brace yourself, because it soon could be. At present, like most of you, I am experiencing a range of emotions and asking many questions as I seek answers.

The globalists/socialists in the media are fomenting mass hysteria through their over-the-top sensational coverage of COVID-19. I personally believe that this is intentional. The liberal press and media, these days, almost always have ulterior motives in covering events the way they do.

It will be more difficult for globalists to implement their agenda if things suddenly improve.

President Trump’s best argument for re-election has been the record strong economy. Take this away from him, and the odds of a far-left candidate winning the White House this fall increases dramatically. With a patriotic, pro-constitution leader out of the way, the stage would be set for a socialist president to lead us into a global government, complete with a cashless international economic system. If you believe this can’t happen, you are naïvely mistaken.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and Pope Francis are working side by side to advance this globalist agenda. Guterres is the former prime minister of Portugal and was the secretary-general of his country’s Socialist Party… Pope Francis has already announced the May 14th launch of his “Global Compact on Education” which is intended to pave the way for “major global changes” through education.

People need hope, and believers in Christ must be ready to give an answer to anyone who might ask about our faith in times of trials. In this season of apprehension during the coronavirus threat, some will be tested more than others. But none of us have to look very hard or long to find an opportunity to share the gospel.

Contrary to proponents of word-faith, prosperity doctrines, Christianity has nothing to do with our worldly comfort, success, or wealth. Ask a persecuted brother or sister in Christ in another country how comfortable they are. Compare their tested faith with those who merely profess to believe.

Church attendance is declining in the U.S. but Christianity continues growing in nations where there is persecution. How might God use the current season to purify the church?

Becoming a Christian doesn’t take away the seduction and temptation of the world and the bad habits from our past. And just breezing in and out of church every Sunday does not magically transform us. It takes the power of God to transform us by renewing our minds and it takes much effort on our part. Plus, for those who have enjoyed fame and fortune, the lies of the enemy must also be overcome.
