In this powerful and inspiring episode, Michael Woolworth of Bible League joins Stu to share the urgent need to put God's Word into the hands of believers living in some of the world's most challenging places. He explains how millions of Christians are growing in their faith without access to a Bible and how a simple $5 gift can help change that.Hear the moving story of a congregation of 300 people sharing a single Bible and the remarkable testimony of Vishnu, a rickshaw driver in India who continues sharing the hope of Jesus despite facing persecution for his faith.
The news cycle of the last several days serves to tell us that the world in its current form is becoming very unstable, especially where the West is concerned. Watching riots break our all over France is disturbing enough, but that uneasy feeling that this is only the beginning is possibly the most unsettling because of who is behind all the violence. On today’s edition of SUFTT, we look at the list of agitators who are being assembled and sufficiently agitated to burn France to the ground. Whatever narrative was originally floated to explain the riots last week was, not surprisingly, mostly false. Will this spread to the US? Well, look at the elections and be very concerned. We also look at what the bible says is in Europe’s future, a global leader who will promise to quell the insanity. Also today we talk about Obama’s outrageous anti-Israel comments in Belfast, blaming the Jews for France’s nightmare, and why speaking against Israel is trendy – but morally irresponsible.

A “pastor” on the ballot sounds reassuring until you look at what they actually plan to do with power. Tim Barton sits down with Dr. Jim Garlow, calling in from Israel, to talk candidly about a growing political trend: clergy and ministry leaders running for office while promoting policies that contradict basic biblical teaching on life, marriage, and God’s design for men and women.
We start with a grounding question that cuts through slogans: what is the purpose of government? From there, we walk through why protecting the citizenry matters, why abortion is a direct violation of that duty, and why Christians cannot outsource discernment to a title, a denomination, or a polished media presence. We also dig into why “nice” candidates can still advance destructive ideas, and why voters must judge fruit and policy, not vibe.
Along the way, we discuss the widening biblical worldview gap inside American churches, how that shapes elections, and a clear rubric for Christian voters that begins with the right to life. If you care about biblical principles of government, faith and politics, and how to vote with a biblically informed conscience, this conversation will challenge and equip you.
