Fluoride is present in nearly every body of water and occurs naturally. But why is it being added to our water supplies? And why does seemingly every dental product (Toothpaste, mouthwash, etc) contain fluoride?

In this episode, Lonnie and Sheridan will go into detail on the subject of fluoride. We will bring all the research we have found to you so that you can decide what you think.

Thanks for listening!

Aristotle said the only thing he knows for certain is that he knows nothing. It is important to always question why you believe the things you do and the assumptions you make. In that spirit of curiosity, Lonnie and Sheridan decided to talk about the possibility that the earth is flat instead of spherical.

Ask yourself: Are you 100% sure the earth is a ball?

Enjoy!

Today we discuss the HUAC trials in 1947 where the House Committee on Un-American Activities held 9 days of hearings into alleged Hollywood propaganda for the Communist party. Many people working in Hollywood were blacklisted as a result of the trials, making it very difficult for them to find work.

We ask the question: Was this a justified crackdown or did it violate the American principles that it was attempting to uphold?

The topic for this discussion is racism. Lonnie and Sheridan discuss what the word "racism" means and why some people seem to think that a race is genetically inferior or superior to another. Also, does believing that there are differences among the races make you a racist? Is "Equal but different" a racist view? We will discuss it in depth.

Thanks to everybody for listening!

We often perceive ourselves differently than others perceive us. But how differently? We will put it to the test!

In the interest of diving deeper into this, Lonnie and Sheridan each take a personality quiz for each other, then compare it to what the outcome was when they took it for themselves. If you want to take the quiz for yourself, go to www.16personalities.com.

At the end of the episode (1:35:20), we try out a new segment where we talk briefly about something that is not long enough to be its own episode. This time, we ask the question "Is America a Christian nation?".
