We're wrapping up our celebration of 3 years of the Christian Woman Leadership Podcast today by sharing a fun conversation Holly and I had about the podcast and more. We also streamed this conversation live into the Purposeful Leadership Facebook group, if you prefer to watch it.
Please note that our audio setup did not work as we had hoped, so the quality of this episode is not the best.
However we still wanted to share this chat with you as we discuss some of the highlights of the past year of podcasting as well as our vision for the future.

How can you develop healthy relationships with those you lead? And how does knowing your own wiring impact how you do this?
To celebrate 3 years of the Christian Woman Leadership Podcast, we are sharing a "Best of" series. Today's episode is the best of our first year of the podcast: Episode 17: How the Enneagram Can Help You Nurture Healthy Relationships with Beth McCord.
In recent years, there has been some controversy related to the Enneagram and questions about whether Christians should utilize it. Therefore, in the intro for this 'best of' episode, I'm sharing some thoughts about this and some resources for you to consider if you want more information.

A final note about this topic:
I want to encourage you to do your own research, prayer, and ask the Holy Spirit to give you discernment as to whether the Enneagram is a tool that you would want to utilize or not.
I am not here to tell you one way or another what you should believe or do in regards to this issue. I do not see it spelled out clearly in scripture, and thus I'm not going to tell you that my perspective is the only right one. (And check out episode 112 for guidance on sharing your personal convictions).

Have you ever considered whether your thoughts and feelings about money are lined up with God's word? How can you shift any inaccurate thoughts or unhealthy money habits to ones that reflect the heart of God?
In this conversation, Holly and I talk with faith-based money coach Katie Jones. We discover how Katie's leadership journey and her passion for a Biblical perspective of money came about, and we dig deep into why this matters for Christians.
Katie shares about some of the false beliefs about money we often hold as Christians as well as how we can change our views. We also discuss how the way we handle our finances is directly connected to our relationship with God. Katie also shares her thoughts on whether or not there's a point where someone might have "too much" money as well as how we can start to develop Biblical money management.
No matter your leadership role, you are affected in some way by money. This episode will push you to consider how your views about money are affecting not only your own life but also the church as a whole.

What does it mean to have a 'Biblical mindset' and why is this vital for Christian leaders and business owners? And how can we discern between true Biblical mindset approaches vs. those that sound spiritual but may not align with God's word?
In this conversation, I'm talking with messaging strategist & Biblical mindset coach Veronica Hoddenbagh. You'll hear what this term 'biblical mindset' means and why it's so important for Christian leaders. In addition, Veronica shares about a dark time in her life and how that led her to being passionate about this topic.
We also dive into whether or not we should use affirmations as Christians, and what a Biblical view of mindset blocks or limiting beliefs looks like. We also discuss practical ways to develop a Biblical mindset and how this helps you deal with challenging situations in your life.
This conversation will benefit you no matter what context you're leading in, so be sure to listen in and hear what God may have for you.

How to Develop a Biblical Mindset as a Leader or Business Owner
Quotes:
"The best leader is first a follower."
"To have a biblical mindset is to think first on God and His purposes, rather than us and our purposes."
"We're commanded throughout Scripture to pay attention to what's going on in our minds."
"Make sure that the things that you're speaking are aligned with what God actually promises as opposed to just what you made up and hoped that he would bless."
"In my anxiety battle, I didn't even know how to pray."
"When God decides to roll something out, the impact is above all we could have ever imagined."
"A limiting belief in ourselves is somewhat right… we actually cannot do anything that we are called to do in our own strength."

Money isn't always easy to talk about, but it's a necessary part of life, leadership, and business. So it's vital as Christians to address the topic of money rather than avoid it.
In this conversation, I'm interviewing Holly about the common mistakes Christians make when it comes to money and how we can avoid these mistakes. Holly brings a wealth of experience in the financial world and currently works with clients in the online space as a fractional CFO.
This episode is not just for those who have a business. The conversation will apply if you are leading in a ministry or church or even just related to your personal finances.
