Dyslexia is something that you can take a pill for, and it goes away or doesn't show up for a few days; it's always there, and that can leave us with feelings of anxiety and sometimes fear. Yet, there is always Christ, and He knows what and why you're carrying that dyslexic load today. If you look closely, He is holding out His hand, asking you to feel it with all your thoughts and feelings so that He can carry it for you... In Every Trail there is always God. 

Resilience is a word we hear all the time, but for those of us navigating dyslexia, it hits a little differently. For us, resilience isn’t a trendy buzzword—it’s the air we breathe.

Every single day requires a conscious choice to keep going. It’s choosing to show up when reading a room, a document, or an expectation takes twice the energy. It’s choosing to lift your head after a moment of public frustration, and it’s the quiet courage required to navigate a world that often measures brilliance by a standard that completely misses your genius.

In this episode, we are redefining what it means to be resilient. True resilience in the Kingdom of God isn't about white-knuckling your way through exhaustion or pretending the struggle isn't real. It’s about anchoring your identity so deeply in Christ that you can look at a challenge and say, "This might take me longer, it might look different, but I am still called, and I am still showing up."

Your non-linear, beautifully complex mind was built for deep waters. God didn't make a mistake in your design, and your resilience is proof of His strength moving through your unique wiring.

For those of us navigating dyslexia, taking a "next step" rarely feels straightforward. Whether it’s starting a new project, stepping into a leadership role, or setting a necessary boundary, our minds immediately map out the hurdles: What if I misread the room? What if it takes me twice as long? What if I fail publicly?

In this episode, we are dismantling the lie that dyslexia makes you ill-equipped for your next assignment. The truth is, bravery doesn’t mean the absence of friction; it means moving forward with the brilliant, non-linear mind God gave you, trusting that He has already factored your wiring into His plan.

We’re moving out of survival mode and stepping into holy audacity. It’s time to stop waiting for the "perfect" conditions and start trusting the Creator who called you.

Today, we’re talking about what it really means to give our absolute all to Christ—holding nothing back. And when I say everything, I mean the messy, beautiful, untamed parts, too. For those of us navigating dyslexia, the world often tells us that our minds don’t fit the standard mold. We spend so much energy translating, adapting, and living in survival mode, wondering if our devotion looks different because our processing does. So give it all back to the Lord. I promise He is big enough to carry it all. 

God isn't asking us to go it alone... He is asking us to hold on. Keep moving forward and trusting Him, and rest in His ability to be steadfast, unmovable.
