Christianity Now Narrations

The story of David and Goliath, found in 1 Samuel, is a powerful example of faith and reliance on God's strength. David, a young shepherd, faced the giant Goliath with confidence not because he underestimated Goliath's might, but because he trusted in the power of God. This narrative provides timeless lessons about the supremacy of God's strength over any challenge we may encounter.

The choices we make and the actions we take are often a testament to our willingness to engage with the world. These choices can lead to mistakes, but inactivity can be a mistake in itself, characterized by lost opportunities and unrealized potential. A Christian understanding of this dynamic is crucial, as it aligns with scriptural admonitions to be proactive stewards of the gifts God has entrusted to us.

In an age where political and social divides seem to deepen daily, the temptation to demonize those we disagree with grows stronger. Yet, this approach runs counter to Biblical teachings which advocate for reconciliation, understanding, and love—even towards one’s enemies. This article explores why demonizing adversaries is detrimental and presents a scriptural basis for treating all individuals, regardless of their actions or beliefs, with fundamental humanity and respect.

I absolutely love narrating, and I mean narrating anything. One of the things I would absolutely love is to be able to efficiently put together videos such as the one in this post. There are several options for Ai but, if you watch the video, you will see how that is ok for some things but for someting like the topic of baptism, well, it just doesn’t work. I counted 4 times where baptism was shown it depicted unscriptural worldly definitions of baptism. Infant baptism and sprinkling or pouring as baptism is taught nowhere in Scripture. You may well disagree with the conclusion of the narrated article about the role and necessity of baptism but it should be incontrovertible that baptism is a burial, immersion, and anything else is worthless. Anyway, I thought I’d share this with our premium subscribers. Aaron and I, on the show, talked about upping the frequency of premium content we put out. We feel so blessed and grateful for our premium subscribers. We pray you continue to support what we do and keep sharing our content. Thanks so much and God bless,TB

In an age marked by rampant consumerism, even the church is not immune to its pervasive influence. A concerning trend has developed where many view the church not as a place of sacrifice and service but as a venue for personal satisfaction and comfort. This perspective transforms the church from a battleship, engaged in spiritual warfare and collective mission, into a cruise ship, designed for personal leisure and comfort. This article aims to dissect these conflicting paradigms, revealing the detrimental effects of the cruise ship mentality and extolling the biblical virtues of the battleship paradigm.
