Our modern version of the ancient Greek word "believe" is a shadow of it's original meaning. In modern times, "belief" means firmly hold an idea or philosophy. In ancient Greek, the word "believe" is an action verb and a practice. Jesus taught a discipline of belief with specific steps, not just a philosophy.

We know the nature of God better than the authors of the Bible. The qualities that describe God are the same ones that describe the energetic universe. That doesn't mean God doesn't exist. It means we're improving our understanding of God and our place in the Universe.
