Recently I have had a lot of stress happening in my life. And I learned recently there are parts of me I have kept hidden away. And I need to learn what parts I want to keep and what parts need to retire, Along with building a community for everyone. I hope you want be apart of it.

Friendships come and go. Sometimes it’s hard. Especially when you’ve been friends for 20+ years. But people change and friendships can’t. Sometimes who they’ve become is not who you align with anymore. And that’s okay. You are allowed to grieve and process and do what’s best for you.
