Russ must find a Natterfright to collect the last item in the quest.

He was soon to discover that the madness of The Surgeon knows no bounds, with the Natterfright being a creation with a giants snakes head, the body of a sausage dog, a skunks tail and ....erm.... bunny ears - terrifying.

To defeat the Natterfright the crew must get silver from Vault 17, way below in the area protected by the Vault Keeper.  He must be defeated in a tongue twister challenge, if they are to escape alive.

Contains some naughty words, and attempts at humour.

Bob the Unlucky must obtain the, erm, sperm of Dragon to complete his task in the quest to save Chesham from total destruction.

The crew must deal with an indiscreet Chemicalist (Karen if you're interested), transform Bob into a lady dragon and perform the intricate dragon mating dance.

Surprises await, such as the invention of the Chesham twerk, and how to handle your closest friends when they have decided to wear the dreaded beer goggles.

Jeff the Engineer (definitely not a wizard), must find the bark of silver tree, to continue the quest to save Chesham.

He must complete a task to please G the Imp (likes to wear a lot of leather), and a gigantic squirrel must be defeated in a Sumo contest.

Don't even get us started on the vampire voles.

The Shouty Crew must negotiate the regulars of the Generals Arms, in order to find Ryan the Ruiner - the dread pirate, and his golden eyeball.

There is high political tension, a punch up and even a special cameo from a popular pop star.

Timmy the Orc must find a laggard's toe nail to complete his task to save Chesham. This involves a trip to the Jolly Sportsmen, to find the Gov'nor (also known as Biscuit), and extract information on how to break into the Chesham Gaol.

We meet some of the horrendous inmates of the Gaol, and of course there may be more peril for Bob the Unlucky.

We also find out what Orc stands for and what happens when you put one in water.

Ben the Merchant must find the fur of Glis Glis, taking the crew from the (relative) safety of the Queens Head to the dark grounds of St Marys Church. They must get past the undead accoutant, defeat the evil cleric at the ancient game of "Crackerjack" and find the fur they need, before getting back to the pub as quickly as jolly well possible. Learn the unbreakable pub lore of the roader, and maybe have a roader while you listen to it.

This is the task of Frank the (retired) merchant, who loves a fabulous lunch.  He must secure a magic light. This adventure takes him to the Guild of Lanternmakers, where he finds a vertically challenged stone golem called Jake, to a game of deadly skill with Richard the Blacksmith (who wears antlers for fashion) and for the flame that must never goes out, and who knows what will happen to poor Bob the Unlucky - as surely something must.

What happens when a giant toothed worm gets drunk for the first time? Tune in and find out.

The Shouty Wednesday Crew must venture into the woody darkness of Chesham Bois to locate the 18ft long giant toothed worm.

This is the first of 8 tasks that the band must complete to save the fantasy world of Chesham.

This episode starts with Shouty Wednesday in full force when suddenly poor D.O.B is struck by a magical bolt and a strange and ethereal voice instructs the team that they must collect 8 items in order to save the town of Chesham from destruction.

“ONE TASK EACH MUST BE PERFORMED – 

YOU MUST GO FROM THIS PLACE AND FIND FUR OF GLIS GLIS, TOOTH OF WORM, 

A LAGGARDS TOE NAIL, A DRAGON SPERM,

Imagine, if you will, that the universe that we live in has many, many parallel versions.  The same people, the same places, just each and every one of them ever so slightly different, thousands of them. 

A pick n mix of universes where one could turn left at a junction in one (and get a cola cube), whilst in the other you turn right (and get a liquorice stick). Each time with different outcomes and possibilities for the inhabitants.

And if your mind is open to the possibility of this, then imagine that in some of the universes will be a world that we would recognise as similar to our own, and in others, although familiar, they would be very, very different.

Different periods of time, different technology, different politics, belief systems, industries, economies, the same gods of course, for these were their playthings, like different versions of the same game, with themes of their choosing, and their believers and non-believers living very much for their amusement but having no idea quite how much so. Quite a shock to find that out when you pop your clogs, I can tell you.

This takes us to one particular universe, where our story begins.  The town of Chesham.  A melting pot of a town, where magic and ogres, and dwarves and goblins exist. Where law and order are in short supply and it is nearly always raining. There are no magic rings or cloaks of invisibility but if that becomes a useful plot twist then let’s not rule it out altogether.
