We all battle demons of regret and self doubt. On this particular episode, our particular hero, has his own particular confrontation, with his own particular creatures. But still finds time to talk about non sense. 

What motivates you? I think I am motivated by fear. Fear and bears. Fear and bears and tacos. Yeah. Let's talk a little Motivation this week as I try and get my life back to normal. (Spoiler alert, the rug gets pulled out from under right about halfway). 

Getting back to work this week, our hero deals with trips to the doctor and having to ride the train.
