What is God's will for my life? That's the question we are answering in this first part to our three part series in, "Sometimes, Always, Never".
Easter is a trilogy event. In fact, it is the most important event in the history of the world. We have been given crazy hope in Jesus.
This phrase has caused many people to do some ungodly things. But, when Jesus really tells you to do something, you don't arrive to the haters on your own authority, but on the authority of the One sending you.
The empty seat in church speaks a silent story. For some seats it might speak of the absence of a missionary that is serving in the jungles of South America, or the empty seat might speak of the faithful christian that has gone onto glory. Or, perhaps the empty seat would speak a story of a person that is at home and sick. In this message, Pastor Scott talks about the story the empty seat is telling us for the ones that are lost and need to be welcomed home.
Following Jesus is simple, but difficult. At times, we can find ourselves following, but at a distance. Pastor Scott teaches the symptoms and remedies to following Jesus at a distance.
One day we will all stand before God and give an account of what we have done with what we have been given. Love brought Jesus down so we could go up fearless. God does not want us to be afraid on the day of judgement. There is no fear in love for perfect love casts out fear.
Have you ever asked yourself, "What is love?" In this message, Pastor Scott explains the bibles definition of love.
