Pastor Sean Fox's July 12, 2026 message at Church of Abundant Life in Harvey, LA. From Luke 15, Pastor Sean walks through the lost sheep, the lost coin and the lost son, and says the chapter could be called "the loving father." Jesus was speaking to both sinners and the religious, and he shows a Father who runs to welcome His children home, whose heart is not based on religious works but on His love. From 1 John 4 he reminds us that God is love and wants to rescue every person, then closes in prayer for God to reveal His heart.

Key scriptures: Luke 15:1–32; 1 John 4:7–10 ("He who does not love does not know God, for God is love." 1 John 4:8, NKJV)
