Cillian spent several months in Panama living with the infamous dictator Manuel Noriega’s right-hand man while writing his book, The Right-Hand Man. Noriega's enforcer was trained by Mossad, the DEA, and Fidel Castro. He’s a figure most people have never heard of, despite having an influence in shaping U.S. Cold War policy. While researching the book he also uncovered over 200 classified CIA and DEA documents that will be published for the first time. This is a story about how the CIA develops leaders, uses them, and then discards them. This show will be a banger!!
