A discussion on the book Meditation Dynamics. available at

It was Dr. Masters' objective to help people obtain mastery in metaphysics. The practice of meditation has always played an integral part in his life and is the foundation of his teachings. He stated that meditation is essential for connecting to the God or universal presence within and for achieving maximum benefit from his studies. Meditation awakens one's consciousness, and conscious awareness creates greater sensitivity to what is, and what is not, both on a universal scale and the individual's role within it.
