Cinema Fourcast

The only appropriate end to a monthlong hero's journey is to attempt to tackle a cultural monolith. Luckily, the force is with our hosts along with their first-ever guest: the mysterious Erik! What can be said that hasn't been said before? So much!

On today's episode we find ourselves under the sea, but not with Ariel or Sebastian, certainly not Spongbob or Patrick, but instead with the famously unfunny clownfish Marlin and his forgetful companion Dory. Together they will scour the ocean with a very particular set of skills in hopes of not only recovering Nemo but also recovering from the trauma of his wife and at least 399 of his kids getting eaten by a barracuda.

Join the boys as they talk the big apple, navigating the horrors of puberty, and how to get a hold of J. Jonah Jameson's barber. All that and more on this week's episode!

Kicking this whole thing off we have the 1999 modern sci-fi classic The Matrix! Don your sunglasses and leather trench coats, pop open your copy of The Hero with a Thousand Faces, and plug into our first ever episode.
