Psych ended three years ago, but its witty crime-solving remains as delightful as ever. Shawn Spencer (James Roday) may be lying about having actual psychic powers, but thanks to endless pop culture knowledge, unstoppable charm, and his trusty friend Gus (Dulé Hill), he's still able to solve the wackiest murders in Santa Barbara, a.k.a. . The Murder Capital of the Country. This week we dive into the top 10 episodes of Psych and also the 8 moments that prove Shawn and Gus Are Friendship Goals.

Good movies aren't all created equal. While some benefit from great trailers and well-crafted marketing campaigns, other films suffer from a lack of promotion. Sometimes, a good movie is released at the same time as bigger, much-awaited production that overshadows everything else in theaters; it's never a good idea to schedule a movie's opening against the latest entry in a hot franchise or the biggest stars' latest blockbusters.

Whatever the reason, many truly great movies bomb at the box office, even if they garner positive reviews and become critical successes. Those movies often end up being re-discovered after arriving on home video or streaming platforms, and go on to become very popular with the very same audiences that snubbed them the first time around. These are some of the biggest box-office bombs of the last few decades — if you haven't seen them, they're all absolutely worth watching. This is 13 movies that bombed at the box office but are worth watching. Let us know if we missed any that should be on this list. Or are there some you disagree with.

It's no surprise to fans of the Emmy-nominated series Yellowstone that the highly-anticipated prequel series 1883 would have folks planted in front of the TV to further explore the saga of Yellowstone's dynamic family. That the fans tuned in droves, is an understatement. Including the count from Paramount+, CMT, and the re-airings of the series premiere, 1883 roped in 6.4 million viewers who were chomping at the bit for the wagon-training adventure.

HBO Max has recently announced that the platform will not be renewing Head of the Class for a second season. The reboot of the late '80s sitcom recently premiered on the platform last month, and has received pretty average reviews so far (67% on Rotten Tomatoes). Warner Bros. had released 10 episodes of the multi-camera series on November 4.

HBO’s upcoming Peacemaker series starring John Cena won’t be incredibly long, lasting only eight episodes in its first season. According to director James Gunn, the reason behind that is both practical and simple. This and more on an all-new episode of the Cinema Gold Show!

Director Jon Watts' "Spider-Man: No Way Home," riding a wave of praise from critics and massive online hype, opened to a downright stunning $260 million domestically. That number comes directly from Sony Pictures, making it the second-biggest domestic opening weekend of all time, trailing only "Avengers: Endgame" ($357 million).

Taking a look at The Batman, with regards to the main villain of "The Batman," directory Matt Reeves turned to some of the darkest pages of history to help craft a modernized and much more chilling take on Paul Dano's Riddler — namely, the Zodiac killer. If you ask us, the fact that Fincher also happened to direct "Zodiac" is just the icing on the cake.

Saturday Night Live has been a weekend staple for audiences for decades, as the late-night variety show has kickstarted the careers of many beloved comedians like Bill Hader, Tina Fey, Eddie Murphy, and Bill Murray, just to name a few amongst the ever-growing list of stars. Now, the man running the comedy juggernaut, Lorne Michaels, may be stepping down soon.

On this episode of Classic Rewind, we dive into the Christmas comedy Office Christmas Party. Let us know what you thought of the film.

Office Christmas Party is a mess. Far from a carefully orchestrated festive frivolity, it feels more like it was quickly cobbled together from whatever happened to be lying around the staff canteen.

Office Christmas Party plays like a seasonal-themed pot luck; a combination of weird flavours that might work well in other contexts or on their own, only to clash awkwardly when thrown together. There is a mix-tape quality to the film, as is probably to be expected in a movie with a cast this expansive. However, Office Christmas Party never finds a center around which it might arrange this particular tale. Instead, it feels like a half-hearted collection of mad-libs that have been shamelessly borrowed from other and better films.

The Marvel sequel currently stands at 100% approval on Rotten Tomatoes, with many praising No Way Home as the best installment in Tom Holland’s tenure as the iconic web-slinger. We also break down the news that J.K. Simmons will appear in the upcoming Batgirl movie on HBO Max. Finally, as the year comes to a close, Time Magazine has announced that Elon Musk is Person of the Year, but this doesn't sit well with a certain fan group. We begin another week of the Cinema Gold Show by looking at the newest box office numbers, which has West Side Story at Number 1 with a slight edge over Disney's Encanto. Matthew Vaughn has confirmed that filming will begin on Kingsman 3 this September. This morning saw the release of the much anticpated trailer for Fantastic Beasts 3.

This week on the Cinema Gold Show as we get closer to the end of our Psych review, we take a look at Psych 2, "Lassie Come Home."

Psych: The Movie, when it was released in 2017, was clearly a love letter for the avid Psych-Os missing fake psychic Shawn Spencer (James Roday), his platonic life partner Burton Guster (Dulé Hill), and the rest of the Santa Barbara Police Department after the series wrapped in 2014. From a David Bowie-loving villain to a #TeamGrimmie T-shirt, it was the best kind of fan service. Psych 2: Lassie Come Home, then, is undoubtedly a love letter from the cast and crew of Psych to one of their own: actor Timothy Omundson and his grouchy yet heroic alter ego, detective Carlton Lassiter, both undergoing recovery for a stroke.
