Back after a week off! We have some fun with our First Four talking about which old movies we wouldn't mind seeing rebooted. Then we discuss the revelation of Tom Brady's concussions and the latest allegations surrounding Baylor football. We recap UFC 211 where both champs retained their belts. Finishing off the night, we go back and forth on the age defying CGI on Kurt Russell in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2.

Back after a week break, and we've got plenty to talk about. We recap the NFL draft, gush over the excellent heavyweight title fight between Joshua and Klitschko, and run down a handful of films including the giant monster flick Colossal. Plus a First Four focused on our favorite sports uniforms.

We debut a new segment this week called First Four, where we give our top four things in a particular category. Kicking things off are our favorite cars of all time. From there we discuss Aaron Hernandez's suicide and his team's visit to the White House. We recap Demetrious Johnson's record tying fight at UFC on FOX 24 and Justin rails on the latest in the Fast and Furious franchise - F8.

Neal, Chris, Justin and Gilly go stream of consciousness on all the latest things in the F words universe. From Charlize Theron kicking butt on the big screen to United Airlines doing it in real life. It's a fun episode that goes a little loopy at times, but that's just how we like it.

One of our founding fathers, Jeremie, makes a rare appearance on this week's episode. We talk about the Masters, Tony Romo's retirement, UFC 210, the whitewashing in Ghost in the Shell, and a number of other topics.

It took some doing, but Neal was able to snag an hour with Gilly to tape a fake fighting exclusive podcast over their lunchbreak. It's Wrestlemania weekend and the boys preview everything from the Hall of Fame inductions on Friday to NXT Takeover on Saturday to the Showcase of the Immortals on Sunday.

Jeff's back with a ton of football talk. Chris and Neal go over the California State Athletic Commission's 10-point plan to address extreme weight cutting in MMA. Justin reviews the Power Rangers movie. All that, plus Colin Kaepernick, Rampage vs King Mo, Beauty and the Beast, and a quick Wrestlemania preview.

The No Fun League is now going to put out a video teaching the players the proper way to celebrate. The verdict is in on War Machine. The Belko Experiment doesn't yield the desired results. And what kind of idiot criminal brags about their exploits on Facebook?

Neal takes us through the results of UFC Fortaleza, a preview of the upcoming UK show on Fight Pass and the newest development in the McGregor/Mayweather saga.

It's a bit of a lean week. NFL free agency continues but nothing blockbuster has jumped out. The UFC's rematch between Tyron Woodley and Stephen Thompson could very well be the cure for insomnia. Logan delivered on the film front for us, but for the most part things have been slow since our last episode. Still, we do our best to make chicken salad out of chicken ...(you get the point)
