Strap in folks, Mike & Trace are about embark on an exciting trip where The Men have never gone before. No, not OUTER SPACE, but Barden University! For a brief 20 minutes we talked about some bullshit blink-182 song about rockets or something, but once you get past that, we have a full commentary for the 2012 film Pitch Perfect, a movie Mike has seen an absurd amount of times and Trace has seen 0.

We’ve come to the third film in the sandman trilogy, with the 2011 film Just Go With It, preceded by a discussion of blink 182’s The Fallen Interlude and Go. They also announce they will doing the peach scene from Call Me By Your Name, freestyle rap, and plead for honest film advertising.

Mike & Trace welcome their film twitter godfather (and warped tour CEO) Josh Lewis onto the show to discuss blink 182’s Down and the 1993 film Falling Down. The Men and Josh also discuss Travis Barker’s new masterclass series, Josh pitches a Sum41 podcast, and they all advocate for fathers rights.

The Men return for some 1 on 1 guy time. This week they fall in love with their captors as they listen to the blink-182 song Stockholm Syndrome. They also solve mysteries as they watch the sad ass Sherlock Holmes movie Mr. Holmes. They also talk about a shared hometown hero, discuss the ethics of cannibalism, and for some reason have a 3 minute conversation about Deadpool. How do I know all these things would happen? Well that's just elementary, dear Watson!

The Men have finally achieved nirvana by getting to the hit song I Miss You, along with a discussion of a film that was NOT a hit, Miss March. They also mourn for the loss of the confederate flag at NASCAR, Trace tells a story about protecting his home from burglars, and some astrology talk, baby.

Ah, the great out doors; There’s nothing else like it. This week the men take a break from everything going on in the world so they could go on a little camping trip. Another pod, another album. In the third season of cinema of the state, Mike & Trace question their mortality as they watch their hero Paul turn 40 and they also listen to Tom & Mark describe sex. Along the way, The Men reflect on how America changed on that day we will always remember, Promote a new film, and give an anti smoking warning.

In what was supposed to be a private conversation, The Men’s enemies bugged Trace’s home and sent us this episode, saying “either Give us the money or we’ll release this to the public!” Funny enough, this was audio where we talked about a blink 182 song called “please take me home” and they watched the movie Home Alone, which means they actually provided us a FREE episode of cinema of the state. So joke’s on them!
