Cinema Wellman

All 11 SNL movies will be ranked from worst to best!
Believe me when I say there's a lot more of the worst!

I apologize for an error I made mentioning Dave Foley as an SNL cast member. I like him and wish he was, but he was not. Sorry about that.

Is it possible for an actor or actress to be given the coveted "and Introducing" credit in a movie and then NEVER make another movie?

Yes it is! And this week's episode of Cinema Wellman is all about them! And a goat! And an inflatable pilot!

Sounds like something from Babylon!

42 films were screened at Cinema Wellman during the month of April. Four ended up on the worst list, seven on the best list.

Can you predict which list these films showed up on during this episode?

*a documentary about bugs
*a Jerry Lewis as an astronaut movie
*the movie "Airplane" parodied
*some garbage written by D.H. Lawrence (that was a give away)
*a cannabis related fairy tale reboot

The first in a series of "Spoiler Alert" episodes totally 'ruins' the 2014 Ukrainian film The Tribe. All the spoilers are here!

They're also on our blog: cinemawellman.com , and available for viewing on YouTube!

At the beginning of the episode, I mention that our musical director Andy and his band "Joyride" are playing a gig at a Londonderry, NH brewery on May 5th. I mistakenly said they were playing at 603 Brewery when, in fact, they will be playing at Pipe Dream Brewing. My apologies! I will be there at 49 Harvey Rd Unit 4 in Londonderry enjoying some choice tunes and brews!
