After her drug-runner girlfriend overdoses, Gemser teams up with a Hong Kong-based New York Times reporter. The real villain of the operation is a power-mad criminal who is always demanding blowjobs. Seriously, this chop and re-used filler filled film is a never ending series of demanded orally performed sexual compensation and bad hardcore blow job and sex scenes.  Its mostly Black Cobra recut with penetrative sex scenes from other films and re-dubbed to try to tie events together.
