||||

|-|-|-|

##### For some time now there have been some ideas that have been going around in my head...

The premise of documenting little known social dynamics has always called my attention, since a long time ago when I got involved with graffiti I was thinking about the possibility of documenting those activities so organic and countercultural, those dynamics born from the passion of youth, which often come loaded with social criticism based on situations that we all live day by day.

And therein lies what many ignore, and what I would like to show to all the curious and gossipy alike.

What lies beyond that moment, that ephemeral instant in which you stumble upon a graffiti that catches your attention, or the skillful tightrope walker who teeters on the tightrope without insurance.

Without health insurance, and without economic certainty that his performance -and his risk- will be rewarded with anything more than an astonished glance from a pedestrian.

This is the first episode of a documentary series on urban arts that I am filming in the streets of Lima, Peru.

‎

### *"Urban Juggling: A Decentralized Art"*

· Creating on HIVE · Hosting by 3SPEAK ·

> We've all seen those boys and girls on the street corners of our big Latin American cities, probably some of you have helped them with a coin or two but....

> Who are they? Where do they come from? When do they leave?

And if they are such good artists, why don't they go to work in a circus?

> The city of Lima, capital of Peru, has become the epicenter of urban juggling in Latin America, with more and more self-managed spaces for the dissemination and practice of the different technical disciplines that these artists (?) expose as a way of life and resistance.

> In this journey, we will challenge the conventional perspective, we will break down the barriers between street art and the traditional stage, we will immerse ourselves in the stories and challenges of some artists, because beyond the minute of show at the traffic light that everyone looks at, there are young people carrying dreams and hopes that have learned to live life at a pace that few know...

> Together, we will unveil the scroll of experiences that have forged the character of the man, and the skills of the artist.

> We will listen to stories of journeys through lost villages, of friends who became companions, of companions who became brothers and sisters.

> Of closed doors that magically opened, giving way to paths that were made as we walked.... Stories of goals accomplished.

> Let's unravel together the enigmas of this way of living and feeling, let's explore together each artistic expression and let's listen to the opinion of the public, of the spectators of urban art, that connection that makes us all belong to this vibrant urban symphony.

> This is a journey that goes far beyond the asphalt and the streets, it begins with the artist and ends with the viewer.

> As good art that is appreciated...

### *"Malabares Urbanos: Un Arte Descentralizado"*

· Creating on HIVE · Hosting by 3SPEAK ·

‎

> Como buen arte que se aprecie...

I could not think of a better title for this beginning, for me it is impossible to ignore the similarities between the philosophical ideas that shape the global Bitcoiner movement and what we urban artists do.

Premises such as decentralization, voluntarism, net neutrality and several others are intertwined with these movements that have been making resistance throughout Latin America and across time.

We will go deeper into these aspects later, for now, share if you can, and above all, I look forward to your feedback!

English

Gamification was key, as in previous occasions it is a great excuse to capture the students' attention and share information in a more effective and enjoyable way.

Students of all profiles show curiosity and interest: What is Hive, what does it do, Web3?

This is the 4th fair I have participated in with Hive. I still have a lot of experience and a lot of learning to do in the field. We will talk about it soon.

Javier, from Reality Near, was also there.

Julián, from World Animal Registry, who in fact already landed in Hive (@worldanimalreg) and has great ideas for the ecosystem...

Ideas, dreams, plans... It's about setting a date for them to become a GOAL, and supporting them with work to turn them into REALITIES.

>! [English]Hello Hivers, I hope you are very well today, and tomorrow too.

I wanted to show you the participation of Hive in this third date of the Cultural Fridays at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, this time at its headquarters in San Isidro, where we participated along with several projects in the usual Web3 fair.

>! [English]Now recharged with games and the invaluable support of our colleague Hiver @juantecocha, which as you can see caught the attention of the students.

Together with @nattymitty and Miguel @cryptomorfosis, who had the gamification initiative, we spent a pleasant afternoon with students of different profiles showing them the whole ecosystem that Hive has.

A winner over here... Great! It was a lot of fun.

The system was simple but efficient, tell us about yourself, receive the information, follow our official networks, participate in the game and with a little luck you will win a prize.

**Poof of brain they call it...**.

___

>! [English]**The teamwork was invaluable, Juan as animator was everything, the initiative of the games changed all the mechanics and it would not have been possible without Miguel, Natalia collaborating with me with the onboarding was a protagonist, because I could not have done it alone. At various times there were quite a lot of people.**

**Special thanks to all the people who support these initiatives from outside, to @valueplan @hiveblockses and all the Hive community in general.**

I try to be attentive to each person's profile to discern how the technology and community that Hive offers can help them solve complex problems derived from old technologies.

I usually start by making clear the difference between Web1, Web2 and Web3, from there on it becomes easier, people understand intuitively when I explain in a simple way the technological bases.

Miguel teaching a metaverse live and direct was epic. I didn't have a chance to play with it anymore, because of the work. I don't know much about metaverses.

[English]On Saturday September 9th I had the opportunity to share an afternoon with the community of Quebrada Verde, in an event prepared with Motiv in a community where they have been working for quite some time, developing micro economies around Bitcoin, with all the work involved in a field work of this type.

First I tell you about Motiv, they are a non-governmental and non-profit organization, focused on educating and equipping vulnerable people in the use of Bitcoin, with a digital wallet to solve daily life needs.

>! [English] How do they do this? Through the different programs, workshops and vocational classes that are developed in the integral attention centers, thus generating knowledge about the importance of financial education. They complement this knowledge with educational programs for the prevention of different types of violence and abandonment that exist in Peru.

They develop these programs in different places, from private homes, community centers, municipal libraries and churches. They turn them into "hope houses" or integral centers where they can be closer to the population of the same locality.

Thus carrying out a stable comprehensive work, along with special events where they give talks and publicize the advantages of Bitcoin as a form of payment, with simple practical examples that the villagers perform with their own smartphones and using the wallet [**Blink** (Bitcoin Beach Wallet)](https://www.blink.sv/), which I must emphasize that it works excellent and is one of the best I've tried, supports lightning network and has an integrated stablecoin. It is used by other similar projects.

>! [English] Since we met them at the BlockchainCon I became very interested in what they do, you know that bringing information to the most vulnerable sectors (and therefore, where they need it most) is very much the kind of thing I like to do.

I am very grateful to Valentin and Franco for giving me the opportunity to address a few words to the audience, in addition to the immensely pleasant experience of connecting with people and witnessing the beautiful and valuable work they have been doing since Motiv several years ago.

Early on, the first curious people started to approach and Natalia was in charge of converting them into interested people, a common question *What kind of content can I upload to Hive?* the answer I get the most is "the topic you are passionate about", and the fact is that young people today have a lot of passion.

It can be a long video, a ~~tiktok~~ 3Short, or a text article, the important thing is to be authentic and share our personality, tastes and perhaps knowledge, don't you think?
