    Baboons reimagined by Richard Watts. 
    "I wanted to write something that captured the sinster edge of the original field recording but that didn't sound like a horror theme. I recreated the repeating pattern of the insect noise and then over laid the baboon and hyena calls. The second part of the piece is from the baboons point of view with the drums mimicking a heart beat."

    A troop of baboons roosting in one of their favourite ana trees gets disturbed by a lone hyena calling nearby.
    The continuous roar in the background is the thundering of the Victoria Falls, from about 10-15 km away.
