This film was well received by viewers and critics but since its release in the mid 90s it has vanished.

Long Kiss Goodnight is a new take on the buddy cop action comedies we got in the 80s.

 With over the top action and smart ass banter peppered in with a few dramatic moments this film deserves to be on the same shelf with such films as Lethal Weapon and 48 Hours.
