This made national news and Tim was interviewed on both Fox and Newsmax. Ultimately, after one failed attempt, policy 720 was passed in the district keeping bathroom use to "gender at birth," a HUGE swing in the right direction. In June, joe biden announced Department of Education Office of Civil Rights will begin informing districts on how reviewing and removing books from schools challenged by parents can create a racially and sexually hostile environment in violation of federal law.
