Last week President Biden released a framework for the budget and Majority Leader Schumer is giving Senators one week to make adjustments, including consideration of a carbon fee with a rebate. We’re holding a special meeting tonight for CCL leadership to talk about this (hopefully) last push to call the Senate and ask for a carbon price in reconciliation.
