We have been on a series entitled, Built to Last, where we have been talking about the eternal things God is trying to build in us. We discusses that God is desiring to build something in us, that is built to last and that it will stand the test of time. In week one we talked about the formwork God does in our life. We’ve been working off of the illustration of building a house. Before we lay a foundation we must do the formwork and good formwork requires good groundwork. Thats where we clear out our hearts and minds from the hurts, pains and un-forgiveness so our formwork can lead to a solid foundation. Then we talked about foundations and how our foundational beliefs and doctrines determine our direction in life. Your formation matters and our doctrine, theological perspective and beliefs shape our life and prepare us for the purposes God has for us.Our verse for this week is:Psalms 139:15 (ESVS) My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth.Sermon Points 1) God’s framework produces God’s purpose2) When we build without the frame, it only causes pain.3) God’s framework brings structure and strength.

This Sunday, we diveded into Part 4 of our Built to Last series, exploring what it means to live a fireproof life based on 1 Corinthians 3:10–15. We were reminded that everything we build in this life will be tested by fire—and only what’s built on the foundation of Christ will remain. Whether we’re using flammable materials like pride, selfish ambition, or temporary success, or fireproof ones like obedience, love, and truth, the fire will reveal the difference. Last week, we talked about 'Formwork'—the hard work God does to prepare our hearts by removing sin and healing broken areas.

This week, we’re talking about what it means to be 'living stones'—people God uses to build something greater than ourselves.God is the builder. We are the stones. And together, we’re becoming part of something eternal.
