We're back with the second half of our first SUMMER SLAYCATION franchise, THE LOST BOYS! In this episode we check out the two direct-to-video sequels: LOST BOYS: THE TRIBE (2008) and LOST BOYS: THE THIRST (2010)!

It's SUMMER SLAYCATION time and this year we're taking a look at VHS classics! 

First up is what many children of the '80s might consider their favorite vampire film of all time. The classic horror/comedy THE LOST BOYS (1987). Directed by Joel Schumacher, the film would solidify the careers of Kiefer Sutherland, Corey Haim, and Corey Feldman, and serve as a template for the "modern vampire" for decades to come.

Packed with great '80s tropes (kids vs evil), tons of nods to vampire lore, and a great sense of humor, THE LOST BOYS still holds up as one of the best horror comedies of its decade.

So join us as we discuss the film, reminisce about our old video store days, and even take a side tangent or two!
