Hello all, this episode is about the 1939 new year's eve murder of Harvey Hess. His killer tried to use what we would know as the 'gay panic' defence. Luckily, in this case, that didn't fly.
Take a listen and learn about this lesser known case and hear what it was like in the world in 1939, Germany crop up, can you guess why?
Check it out and for everything Killing It, check the link tree.

Good day to you all, welcome to the first official episode of CK's killing it: true crime in history.
As this is being released on Halloween we figured it would be sensible to bring you a callous murder that was committed on this most fun of nights and that is the 1957 murder of Peter Fabiano.
Join me as I take you back to yesteryear, bring you some history, paint the scene and tell you about the jealousy and lies that ended in death.
See you soon, killers.
