On this week's solo episode I share my experiences and reflections on being mindful of our own needs and how to be better at being a YES to YOU so that you can show up as your best YOU for everyone.  I also share some insights about noticing how many of those in our lives may not be the best at practicing and upholding their own boundaries and how we can support them in doing so.

Adrian Michael is a writer - full stop!
