I’ve known of Laura Belgray as an award-winning copywriting expert who helps entrepreneurs find the perfect words to express and sell what they do in a way that gets them paid to be themselves for a while now.

I discovered Emilie Leyes (she/they) via my FYP on TikTok and resonated with what she was saying right away.  I loved getting into her journey and how she came to be a brain training specialist, hypnosis practitioner who does a lot of with with those in the performing arts.

A solo episode going into the phrase of ”no is a full sentence.” So often people get excited to read/hear that. But, how often do you just say NO and nothing else.  

I go into why you may not want to give no is a full sentence and when using less words is truly a must!
