Ratt was one of the key players in the LA hair metal scene of the 80s. But unlike many of the bands of that era they brought a high level of musicianship. Ozzy's debut album "Blizzard of Ozz" is considered one of the best Heavy Metal albums of all time - but it was an important album not just because of the music.
