The program is actually holding a "March Of Dimes Auction;" the highest bidder gets Marie Wilson's services for a day (as a secretary only!)

Followed by Jack Benny, originally broadcast January 6, 1952, 73 years ago, Suspense. The band got arrested again, Dennis has a crush on Mary, and the cast does a sketch based on Suspense. 

Then Fred Allen, originally broadcast January 6, 1946, 79 years ago,  Take It or Leave It. Allen's Alley Question: "What movies impressed you most during the past year?" Fred goes on "Double Or Nothing" to win $8.

Followed by A Date with Judy starring Louise Erickson, originally broadcast January 6, 1944, 81 years ago, Father’s Birthday.  Judy and Randolph decide to devote the entire day to him for his birthday. 

Finally, Claudia, originally broadcast January 6, 1949, 76 years ago, Missing Mrs. Brown.  It's 8:30 P.M. but it feels like 10:00 P.M.
